About Us
Insurance Simple is a lead generation website powered by Families First Financial Services (“we”, “us”, “our”)

We help New Zealanders access qualified financial advisers for support with personal insurance, KiwiSaver, and other financial matters.

Please note, we are not a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) and do not give financial advice directly. All advice comes from advisers who are registered on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) and work with licensed FAPs like Families First Financial Services.

Fees
There are no fees or charges for you to use Insurance Simple and to be matched with a qualified advisor.

Our Role
Our purpose is to provide information and facilitate connection with a financial advisor. When you fill out a form or submit an enquiry on our website, we’ll put you in touch with a qualified financial adviser who is authorised to offer regulated financial advice in accordance with New Zealand law.

We can connect you to advisors who specialise in the following.

• Life insurance
• Trauma Insurance
• Total & Permanent Disability Insurance
• Mortgage Protection/Income Protection Insurance
• Health Insurance
• Kiwisaver

Renumeration
There are no fee’s charged for your information being passed onto an advisor matched with you through Insurance Simple.

Advisors may be paid via commission from the insurance company, whose products they have recommended. Any commission the advisor receives does not affect the cost of the premiums that you pay.

You can ask your advisor how they’re compensated and for a copy of their disclosure statement which explains how they are renumerated by insurance companies.

Company Affiliation
We are not an insurance company; we do not favour a specific insurance company. The decision on which insurance company is appropriate for you is made by your advisor and should have an explanation as to why they have recommended this specific company.

Insurance Simple is for connecting people who need help with qualified advisors who can help. Insurance Simple is not a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) and is not responsible for any advice given from an advisor who is matched with you.

You will only be matched with qualified and registered financial advisors, who are authorized under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.

Prezzy Card Draw
In order to go into the prezzy card draw you do need to successfully match with, and advisor complete a first meeting. This is to mitigate people using fake emails to enter a draw multiple times and gives you a better chance of successfully being drawn.
